5-Axis CNC Machining
Our DN Solutions DVF 5000 5-axis machining centre and Mazak VTC-800/30SR let us machine complex geometries in a single setup, reducing re-clamping errors and lead times.

Inside the process
5-axis milling is our flagship capability: complex surfaces, undercuts and multi-face parts machined in a single cycle. The result: fewer setups, fewer cumulative errors, parts that pass inspection first time.
The DVF 5000 machines in simultaneous 5-axis mode: the tilting rotary table orients the part while the spindle cuts, reaching inclined surfaces, undercuts and compound-angle bores without re-clamping. For large parts, the Mazak VTC-800/30SR offers 3 metres of X travel and a rotary B-axis. CAM programming is done in-house: from STEP model to optimised toolpath, everything under our control.

Frequently asked questions
Fewer setups: the part is machined on multiple faces in one cycle. The result: better geometric tolerances, shorter lead times and lower costs on complex parts.
Travels up to 3,000 × 800 × 720 mm on the Mazak centre; on the 5-axis, parts up to roughly Ø 500 mm on the tilting rotary table.
Yes, with dedicated hard-milling strategies and tooling; the most critical surfaces are finished by grinding.
