Through the quote request form we collect: full name, company, email address, phone number, message content and any attached files (technical drawings in PDF or STEP format). The website collects no other personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed exclusively to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request).
Confidentiality of technical drawings
Uploaded files are treated as confidential technical documentation: they are stored on proprietary servers located in the European Union, are never shared with third parties and are accessible only to authorised PEMECH srl personnel.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a business relationship follows, for statutory obligations. Enquiries without follow-up are deleted within 24 months.
Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties nor transferred outside the European Union. The website is hosted on servers in the EU.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights under arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by writing to amministrazione@pemech.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
