Who we are
We specialise in machining mechanical components to drawing, for prototypes and small to medium batches. We machine ferrous materials, structural steels, light alloys and special steels, offering a complete service: design, turning, milling, grinding, assembly, treatments and inspection.
A young, specialised team, latest-generation machines and an ISO 9001 certified quality system. We work for industrial machinery manufacturers and aerospace companies: customers that choose suppliers on facts, not promises.

A new workshop with solid roots
PEMECH was founded by technicians who spent years at the machines before starting their own company. We are not an improvised startup: we are a workshop built around one precise idea — bringing to subcontracting the rigour usually found only in the in-house production of large groups.
That is why we invested from day one in a modern machine park and a Zeiss metrology room, and why industrial machinery manufacturers and aerospace companies entrusted us with their parts from our first year of operation. Our compact size is our strength: fast decisions, a single point of contact, no order treated as a number.
Certified quality
ISO 9001 certified quality management system. In-house inspection on a Zeiss CMM with CALYPSO software, full material and process traceability, dimensional reports on request.

A machine park built for precision
Simultaneous 5-axis milling, CNC lathes with sub-spindle, six grinding machines and a metrology room with a Zeiss CMM. Every machine is there for a reason: holding ±0.005 mm tolerances, order after order.
