Inside the process
Inspection is not a final step: it is built into the process. In-process sampling, dimensional reports on request and full order traceability.
The Zeiss Eclipse 1000 is not an accessory: it is the mandatory checkpoint for every order. The moving-bridge structure and granite guideways guarantee thermal stability and repeatability; CALYPSO software compares the 3D scan of the part directly against the CAD model and generates clear, archivable reports. For customers in regulated industries we maintain full traceability: material, batch, machine, operator and inspection report.
